Long-time residents of the area
- We love selling Real Estate in Searcy and White County, because we love living here! We have lived in the area for more than 17 years. Having met at Harding in 1977, we chose Searcy as the place we wanted to raise our sons, and decided to move here in 1991.
- Judy is very familiar with the housing and interior design aspect of home ownership. She has a B.S. as well as a M.Ed. in Family and Consumer Sciences from Harding University with an emphasis in interior design and home technology. She has taught Visual Merchandising as well as Home Technology as an adjunct at Harding University in recent years. Judy is currently the Executive Broker for the RE/MAX Beebe-Capps Branch.
- Phil also has experience in helping families transition to a new home and a new place. He was in Physician Recruiting for 13 years, and helped hundreds of physicians relocate to new areas across the country. In addition, he gained valuable experience in financing and mortgage banking while serving as a loan officer for Simmons First Bank in Searcy. He has a B.S. in Biology from Harding and has taught a Supervision and Management class in Harding’s Business Department. He is an Associate Broker.
- To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
- A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
- The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
- Loyalty to clients;
- Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
- Cooperation with competitors;
- Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
